TGIF air pressure experiments...

We had a lot of fun experimenting with air pressure on Friday.
We made balloon rockets by securing a long piece of string to an object and holding it so it is about level. Then, we thread a straw through the end of the string (that is not secured). After, we blew a balloon up and taped it to the straw. When you let the balloon go it shoots up the string like a rocket!
Check out the pictures and the videos.
